Biography
Ram Bharosh Dubey is an academician, researcher and chemistry educator with extensive experience in teaching, academic coordination, laboratory work and research. He has around 16 years of academic and professional experience with reputed educational and research-oriented organizations. His academic career has primarily focused on Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Biotechnology and related scientific disciplines. Over the years, he has worked as a PGT Chemistry, Chemistry Lecturer, Academic Coordinator and Head of Science Department at various educational institutions in Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal. His professional journey also includes industrial laboratory experience, research projects, conference presentations and contributions to scientific publications. His areas of academic and research exposure include environmental management, solid waste-to-energy, food chemistry, food safety, nanotechnology and chemical analysis.
Academic Career
Ram Bharosh Dubey has held several academic positions during his career.
He has worked as Senior Coordinator-cum-PGT Chemistry at Sunbeam School, Ballia, and has also served as Coordinator-cum-PGT Chemistry at JDS, Padrauna, Kushinagar.
Earlier, he worked as a Lecturer in the Chemistry Department at Sarvodaya Mahila Degree College, Azamgarh, and as PGT Chemistry-cum-HOD of the Science Department at St. Xavier's School, Belthara Road, Ballia.
His academic experience also includes teaching positions at Geeta International Public School, Padrauna, St. Xavier's School, Belthara, Netaji Subhas DAV Public School in Murshidabad, West Bengal, and other educational institutions.
He has also served as a visiting senior lecturer and visiting faculty in areas including Oil Technology, Nano Technology, Applied Chemistry and Food Supply Chain Management.
Industry and Laboratory Experience
Before and alongside his academic career, Dubey gained practical laboratory and industrial experience. He worked as a Trainee Laboratory Chemist at Maple Orgtech (India) Ltd., where he received training in chemical analysis, including wastewater analysis, filtration techniques, soil testing and microbiological analysis. He also worked as a Senior Lab Technician at Children Institute of Medical Science and Technology, Azamgarh, gaining experience in laboratory-based scientific work.
Research Projects
His research and project experience includes work in agriculture, environmental science, food technology and scientific model development. One of his projects involved studies on osmopriming, seed vigour and productivity enhancement in Sambha Monsuri and Swarna rice, conducted under the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), Government of India, under the guidance of Dr. Asit B. Mondal. He also completed a project at IFSCO under the supervision of Dr. Deepak Kumar Bhattacharya, Adjunct Professor at Bengal Engineering and Science University. Another project involved the development of a Tesla Coil model under the UDAAN Project, Government of India.

B.Sc. (Hons.) Biochemistry – Allahabad Agricultural Institute (Deemed University), Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, 2003–2007. He completed the programme as a *Gold Medalist*.
M.Sc. Applied Chemistry – Bengal Engineering and Science University (BESU/IIEST), Shibpur, Howrah, West Bengal, 2008–2010.
B.Ed. – Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, 2018–2020.

Among his notable academic presentations is the paper *“Solid Waste to Energy Status in India”*, presented at the International Conference on Geo-Engineering and Climate Change Technologies for Sustainable Environmental Management (GCCT-2015), organized by Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad.
He also presented a paper at the 2nd International Conference on Emerging Trends in Engineering & Technology in 2013.
His academic activities have also included studies on oxidative stability of single and blended oils, solid-waste-to-energy practices and developments in education from classroom to virtual learning.
