Prajesh Kumari Jha's roots are in Bihar, with early schooling at Holy Cross Convent School. Higher education was pursued in Delhi and Chennai, earning qualifications including an M.Sc., MBA, and B.Ed. from reputed Indian institutions.

Prajesh Kumari Jha began her career as a Lecturer and advanced through key leadership positions such as Principal and Managing Director in reputed schools and colleges. This progression led to broader roles in academic administration, institutional leadership, and eventually, independent entrepreneurship within the education sector.

Her journey includes roles as Education Innovator, Author, NLP Master Trainer, and Founder of educational ventures. Through these roles, she has contributed to student empowerment, teacher development, and academic advancement.

A central focus of Prajesh Kumari Jha's work is to make learning more effective, engaging, and memorable. She has pioneered approaches for helping students memorize and understand information, focusing on comprehension, retention, recall, and practical application instead of rote memorization.

Among her innovative initiatives is story-based Science learning, creating a Science textbook as a collection of stories to make scientific concepts more relatable and memorable for students. The underlying philosophy is: Students should not just memorize information—they should understand, remember, reflect, and apply what they learn.

Prajesh Kumari Jha is the author of two books:
