He has offered free transportation for board examinees for a decade, benefiting more than 1,500 students and subsequently extending this support to female students. For students unable to attend school, Pathak has run the "Vidyalaya Aapke Dwar" (School at Your Doorstep) initiative for about fifteen years to encourage continuous education beyond the classroom.

Social Service During the COVID-19 Pandemic

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Pathak organized and facilitated 108 vaccination camps in Mendू, administering over 21,000 vaccine doses. He coordinated free online medical consultations with doctors from Mendू and Aligarh, and helped arrange access to oxygen cylinders for those in need.

Student Welfare and Mental Health Support

Pathak established the "Helpdesk Satya Chetna" to assist students appearing for board examinations, providing them support for managing exam stress and guidance during difficult periods. He was recognized with a Visionary Award for this work. His approach emphasizes identifying and solving the problems faced by students and their parents with practical solutions.
