Ayushi Sachanandani is an Indian e-commerce professional based in Mumbai. She became the first member of her family to graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong (IIM Shillong), marking a significant personal and academic milestone.
Her education at IIM Shillong helped develop her analytical thinking, leadership abilities, and strategic mindset, preparing her to navigate complex and fast-evolving business environments.
Professional Career
Ayushi Sachanandani began her professional journey with Amazon India as a Key Account Manager, where she gained deep exposure to the rapidly evolving e-commerce ecosystem.
She later worked with Future Group as a Category Manager in the apparel segment, managing multiple portfolios and developing strong category strategies.
Over the years, she has held key leadership roles at Raymond Consumer and Godrej Consumer Products Limited, managing large-scale online businesses across major marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, BigBasket, and Nykaa.
Currently, she serves as Senior Chief Manager – Ecommerce at Piramal Consumer Healthcare, where she leads the digital growth and marketplace expansion of multiple FMCG brands across India's fast-growing e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
